Summer Solstice, also known as Midsummer or Estival Solstice, occurs when when one of the Earth’s poles has its maximum tilt toward the Sun. This is a day to celebrate the sun at its full expression. The Sun is the life force of the Earth. We celebrate all of the provisions that the Sun graces us with. Here are some simple Summer Solstice activities, which can also be enjoyed all summer long!
